Terms
This agreement (the "Agreement") is between AMGY Photography and the client (collectively referred to as the "Parties"). The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions of the photography services provided by AMGY Photography to the client.
Delivery of Photos: AMGY Photography agrees to deliver the photographs to the client within 24 hours after the on-site appointment.
Appointment Cancellation: The client must notify AMGY Photography of any appointment cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If the client cancels the appointment on the same day as the appointment, the client will be charged a non-refundable fee of $50.
Copyright: AMGY Photography retains all copyrights and other proprietary rights in the photographs and other media produced during the appointment. The client will receive a limited copyright license agreement for the use of the media in connection with the listing presentation.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
Amendments: This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both Parties.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the appointment is held.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.
